Summary: I bought 4 of this memory to use with my Dell XPS 400 desktop. Just plug them in, everything runs ok. I have never experience any problems with them yet. The memory doesn't produce much heat either. I would highly recommend this memory to any one who has a compatible syste.

Summary: Overall this is an excellent bargain. But I have no clue to find serial numbers to put on the rebate form? Are these numbers located on the UPC label or on the memory module sticker? On the UPC label, there are 2 numbers with barcode. No way to tell which one is. On the module sticker, there is a S/C number. Does anyone have the same problem?

Summary: I bought this memory in Sep 2007 and has been using it for 5 months now. I get it overclocked to 800Mhz and boot with no problem. But I didn't test it in this condition. I just used it in 667Hz and it is very stable. For the price I paid: 17 each stick, it is a super deal!

The $40 rebates needed much follow up, they first claimed we shipped the rebate too late (untrue, had USPS tracking# with date), then they said the receipt was missing. After many emails they finally paid. Make sure that pcsuperstore.com includes an actual receipt with your shipment.

Summary: I bought this ram back in September when I first heard about it. I was trying to put together a system as cheaply as possible. I bought 2 gigs of this ram to go with the Abit IP35-E (~$50), a pre-owned 7900GT ($75), a pre-owned E6300 ($95), an "open box" Thermaltake Big Typhoon ($18), a pre-owned 250GB SATA ($40) & the Coolermaster RC-690 (~$35). Got the E6300 up to 2.8Ghz (7x400, stock voltage) and this ram up to DDR2-800 @ 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8V! Ran Memtest overnight & Prime95 w/no problems whatsoever. The ram was barely warm to the touch! Needless to say, i'm very happy!

Summary: The prices of DDR400 has lingered so high so long that I decided to cut off my beloved Dell 400SC and upgrade to the current generation hardware. Dell Precision 390 from the outlet store filled the bill but how to get max. memory for its motherboard ? HP came to the rescue with their fall 2007 promo. Great price $10/1GB delivered, rebate check back in 1 month and memory making the Vista humming at 4GB (3.25 GB recognized due to limitations of a 32-bit OS but at least one can assign up to 3GB per application using the bcdedit /Set IncreaseUserVa 3072 command.

Summary: I ordered the memory because it was cheap mainly. It turned out to be very good. No problem with my current system of Intel core 2 duo. The rebate is also very fast and no problem. Definitely a rebuy if I come across it again. So far I have not tried to overclock it yet, but I am happy with the current setting and I think that there would not be any problem if it is overclocked. Overall, good buy and and strongly recommend for all who need to upgrade their system.

Strengths: Excellent memory! These RAM sticks use a version of the famed Micron D9 IC. I bought 4 sticks & verified that both of my randoms sets would run dual channel 800MHz @ 5-5-5-15 timings w/2.0 volts (consecutive S/Ns on one set was a good sign). Didn't get hot @ 800MHz. I'm sure you could push these farther, but without heatsink I'd be a little hesitant to put any more voltage to them...

Weaknesses: No heatsink. You could add a heatsink, but at the cost of the warranty, since you'd need to remove the ID label tag to do so.

Summary: Micron D9 DDR2-667 RAM that will actually do much greater than DDR2-800... How can you go wrong for $10/per AR? I picked up a couple of sets for future builds.

Summary: Wish I would have bought a couple more sticks. After installing the two sticks I bought with no problems I overclocked these to 800MHz. Both sticks worked perfect with no faults. Tested at 800MHz with Memtest and it showed no problems. The sticks I received had Micron chips and worked in dualchannel mode just fine.

Strengths: Good high quality ram, not generic junk.

Weaknesses: None really. Perhaps a lower resale value due to the HP name? People might not understand you can put this ram into any computer that takes DDR II, not just HPs.

Summary: I put this ram in my Dell Dimension 5150. It worked as expected out of the box. I didn't have to adjust timings in the BIOS or anything weird like that. I ran memtest86 on it for several hours and found no errors. I've been using it over 6 months now and still haven't had any problems.

Summary: I have this running on a gigabyte GA-M61P-S3 board with an athlon x2 4000+ and adjusted the settings to make it ddr2 800mhz and it runs a little warm but has been stable. Good value if you can get it for a low price.

Summary: I purchased 4 Gigabytes of this RAM because I had bought a computer that had Vista preinstalled. The computer had only 1 GB originally. The computer was running slow, I was ready to install XP. Then I saw the great deal on this RAM, ordered 4 GB of it, and my computer is sailing along! Start-up time is reduced to well under a minute, running multiple apps poses no problem, and I am highly satisfied with the performance of this RAM.

Summary: HP DIMM is one-sided but works with two-sided Micron and Samsung DIMM's for dual-channel. This is the first time I ordered form PCsuperstore. The experience has been good. The purchasing procedures are as simple as internet sales should be. As to the warranty, HP warranty is usually one year for memory but I cannot find any information on warranty. It would be nice to have warranty information, but then again the memory is made by Micron. I have never had a failed Micron memory.

Summary: For the price ($9.95/GB after rebate) this was the best price/performance memory option available and will likely stay that way for awhile. It uses high quality Micron D9 chips which can run well beyond the rated 667Mhz (800+ Mhz is no problem). All around great memory at a great price.

It's made in Taiwan and comes with certain leaflets in Chinese. But changing memory stick needs no brainer (or manual). I am now ready to install the memory hungry Solaris on my desktop.

Summary: due to the fact that i am using windows vista 32 bit my ram won't go beyond 3.2 gb (i have a total of 4gb ram). for those that want to have 4gb of ram and using vista you will need to have the 64bit version. overall its working perfectly fine and i have no complaints.

Summary: Bought two sticks of this memory in order to run them in dual-channel mode. After a simple installation and bootup, they were automatically detected and configured to run at 667 MHz. Temperature increase inside the case is minimal, if any. It really doesn't get any simpler than this, folks.
